what is Nostra et mundi?

Nostra et Mundi is an international cultural initiative aimed at showcasing the cultural heritage of Castile and Leon that is currently located outside Spain.

The project is built around the core idea of promoting awareness of Castile and Leon’s heritage abroad as a means to create cultural alliances and opportunities for the region. Sharing this heritage with the public is a key objective, as only through such dissemination can it be recognized as an essential part of the cultural memory of Castile and Leon.

The project is led by the Foundation of Castile and Leon and the Parliament of Castile and Leon, with the support of renowned cultural and academic partners.

Fundation
of Castile and Leon

The Foundation of Castile and Leon is a non-profit organization affiliated with the Parliament of Castile and Leon, established in 2003.

Its mission is to contribute to the consolidation and development of democratic coexistence and social progress in Castile and Leon by promoting, defending, understanding, and sharing the values on which these principles are based.

To achieve this, the foundation engages in its own activities and collaborates with
